Perry has helped his other co-founder, and mother, Barbara, run the Princeton Education Network since graduating from Williams College. Together with Barbara they have helped over 15,000 students achieve their dreams of attending college. Perry and Barbara are two of the star experts in Netflix’s Operation Varsity Blues. Graduate of Syracuse University and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Suffolk University. Barbara has 40 years of experience in education, She founded the Princeton Institute for Quality Education in 1995 and then co-founded PEN in 2005. With over 15,000 students served, she brings deep college admissions experience to the team. In her spare time, Barbara can be found on the Westside German Shepherd Rescue website searching for more family members!
Graduate of The Lawrenceville School and UPENN. Debon has over 15 years of experience in Urban Education working as an instructional coach and principal in traditional public schools and in the renowned KIPP Charter School in NYC. He was also a founding member of three charter schools with Achievement First. When not changing the face of education for students nationwide, Daddy Debon can be found wrapped around the fingers of two adorable little girls!
Ori has worked in customer relations at Apple and Airbnb, as well as being in the film and television industry in Los Angeles for over 15 years. His marketing talents and customer focus has helped PEN connect with students and parents, and helpedAKALA expand operations outside of California. Ori is an avid surfer and travel expert, venturing to over 55 countries!
Steve is a graduate of Penn State University and has worked in education for 14 years with some of the top education companies. He has led national and international teams in helping tens of thousands of students reach their academic, testing and college admissions goals. Steve likes to spend time with his three children and is actively involved in coaching. He serves as President for a youth boys and girls lacrosse club.
